Belgium

Belgium are another country with a poor record in Eurovision with only one win to their name.

This Eurovsion win came in 1986 with teenager Sandra Kim singing Jaime La Vie.

In Eurovision 2010 they have singer songwriter Tom Dice singing Me and My Guitar.

One possible good omen is that Belgium's 1986 win came in Norway albeit in Bergen rather than the Norwegian capital city Oslo which will hold this years Eurovision.
