Eurovision

Ireland

Ireland is the country with the most Eurovision wins.

Seven times they have received the most votes and following their song in the betting is always advisable.

In the last couple of years it has been a Eurovision disaster for the Irish with poorly chosen songs.

Understandably the UK has given Ireland the most points throughout Eurovision history.

Former X Factor contestants Jedward were chosen to represent Ireland at Eurovision 2011.

The twins John and Edward have again beem mentioned as possible 2012 contestants.

Irish bookmakers Paddy Power have already piced up a market on whether Ireland qualify for the final in 2012.  Yes 8/13 No 11/10. They also have odds on Ireland winning and can be backed at 33/1.
